Dr. Ulka Parmar

After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996, Dr. Parmar moved to Calgary to work for the Community Health Region at the Heritage Clinic where she mainly worked with kids. She began working at Sunridge Dental in 1996 part-time, became a fulltime dentist in 1997 and is currently one of the clinic owners. Being a mother of two children has given her unique insight into children's oral health and habits. Her passion is to work with kids and devotes a good portion of her schedule in providing quality children's dentistry with her assistant Thu Dinh. Dr. Parmar provides services in English and Gujarati. In her spare time, Dr. Parmar enjoys travelling, skiing, and golfing!

Dr. Gunadi Wibowo

"G", as he is often called graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1999. He returned home to Calgary after completing his degree and has been at Sunridge Dental ever since and is now one of the clinic owners. He has a keen interest in Orthodontics and completes both "wire" type braces and Invisalign. Dr. Wibowo also does dental surgeries such as wisdom teeth extractions and dental implant placements. His dental assistants Lori May and Maggie Wong have worked closely with him since 1999 to make it all possible, and to keep him "in line". Outside of the office Dr. Wibowo enjoys many different hobbies including fishing and woodworking.

Dr. Simran Sandhu

Born and raised in Calgary, Dr. Sandhu graduated from University of Saskatchewan's College of Dentistry in 2008 and has been with us ever since. Her goal is to provide up-to-date, comprehensive, gentle and patient focused dentistry with her assistant May Tan. In her spare time, Dr. Sandhu enjoys yoga, reading and travelling extensively. As a child, Dr. Sandhu was a patient here at the clinic and will now be the dentist! Imagine that...

Dr. Rahim Shivji

Dr. Shivji graduated from the University of Western Ontario's Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry in 2010. He brings insight into new technologies and innovative treatment options. He hopes to bring many bright smiles to each of you along with his trusty dental assistant Megan Hill. As a former patient of Sunridge Dental Clinic, he has been a member of our family for over a decade, and is glad to work in a clinic that provides such an exceptional standard of care to every patient. In his spare time Dr. Shivji enjoys reading, volunteering and singing.

Dr. Brandon Hiang

A native of Vancouver, BC, Dr. Hiang graduated from UBC Dentistry in 2010 and practiced for several months in his hometown before moving to Calgary to work at Sunridge Dental. A relative newcomer to Alberta, Dr. Hiang is impressed with how warm and friendly the people are and enjoys interacting with his patients. He strives to make each and every person sitting in his chair as comfortable and anxiety-free as possible, even going so far as to hum a tune or two for his younger patients. Outside of work, Dr. Hiang's favourite activities include snowboarding, ultimate frisbee, tickling the ivories, and cooking.
